I made a mountain scene a few months ago from a tutorial on blenderguru, and recently while looking at some old projects I opened it up and added a few things. Now whenever I render it the rocky areas of the mountain seems to disappear, which makes it look pretty awful in my opinion. Is there any way that I can get a constant area of rocks in every render? I’m using nodes to generate the texture, and painting the areas which I want to have rocks on in the weight paint mode. In addition to weight paint, there is a sun lamp projecting on the areas that I want to have rocks on.
