Weight Paint problem.. complete mesh turns pink

hello there
while using automatic weights on my mesh, every things works out fine…
EXCEPT when check/click on one particular bone (005) , the complete mesh turns pink…
where to look for this one??

It means the bone you selected has no vertex groups in the mesh. Like you create a new bone in edit mode in an armature that is weighted to a mesh. That newly created bone won’t have any vertex groups assigned yet. If you select it the pink tells you that is so.

So with automatic weight it doesn t really automaticly select all bones? What is the remedy in this case?
