Weight Painting Problem

I made a mesh and then parented it to a rigify rig. Whenever I weight paint I get this problem though. I just want the arm to be able to twist gradually along the whole arm and not just in one place. Thanks.


Insufficent data to diagonose Alpha. Too many variables, including mesh topology, rigging method, etc can affect this

Considering the problems it could have, what could be some ways to fix it. I will also try to get another picture that actually works up.

If it was a simple guess I would have made it instead of going all Richard markhew and effecitvely saying “.blend or we cant help”
