Weightpaint problem, Binar weights


I havent used Blender in quite some time, and I came back to a project of mine today and I noticed that my weights act binary. Bones will move red paint equaly as light blue paint,however the dark blue (0) will not be moved tough…
So basicly parts of my mesh are eather fully weighted or not weighted at all. If some1 knows how to fix it pls post it. :slight_smile:


that happens when a vertex has only one bone assigned. If you need some vertices to stay in place, you’ll need to create another (fixed) bone to assign them to.
