Weird baking in SP

Hello everyone,

In baking mesh maps I all the time I got weird shading. It is simple, wooden crate. It doesn’t matter if I’m baking with hp mesh etc.

I’m really confused. Probably solution is simple as stick but I haven’t found it. Can enyone could help? Here is my blend file and screenshoot from SP.

I get this sometimes too - the first thing I’d check is your normals. I’d also double check that you’re exporting at the right scale.

Overlapping UVs cause this

All these areas have overlaps

Ehh… As I thought… Simple as hell. Thank you John. I thought that I’ve checked the UVs…
Next time I will double/triple check this…
