I have no idea how to replicate this, but on occasion I’ll get these weird colored glitches appearing in Blender. They typically appear in either the properties menu or outliner.
I am using version 4.4.0

yeah… that’s defiantly not normal. Maybe try reinstalling blender?
Hi, this looks like graphics card issue.
Sounds plausible to me. Maybe installing the latest drivers for your card will already be enough.
