Weird flat surface UV-map stretching

Faced with weird issue when was doing UV-map of my model. I marked bunch of seams on every possible corner but in few places UV map has curve shape. The most strange moment is what all of those stretch marks located on flat surface!

Is there way to prevent all that stuff? This is my first time doing UV-map due the fact what before I just used project from view or cube projection so I really don’t know much about it.

For walls I just select a face, select similar/co-planar and unwrap from view.
In this case, probably a simple cube projection would work as well.
Be sure to work from orthographic view, not user perspective.
