weird forces with armatures and dynamic mesh

i animated a character with an armature…and now i wanted it to move in my game, so i gave my mesh some forces. But i figured out, that when i let the mesh be “actor, dynamic” it starts to fly around and turn around real fast…i know there is a way of parenting a empty to the mesh, so the mesh has not to be dynamic…but i cant remeber how that works…so how do i do that?

Or maybe there a fully other way…


The dynamic object should be the Armature not the mesh

but well, there is another way i have seen i a demo, too…but who cares as long as it works??? ^^
