Weird lines on surface

I hope this is the right forum to post this.

Please help,I do not know how yo get rid of these lines.

It does not have them when set solid, but it needs to be smooth.

You either have internal faces or you need to Recalculate Normals; Ctrl-N with all verts selected in Edit mode.

(Re:Fligh) Not necesarily. I get those lines, too, especially when setting Smooth on cylinders. It seems to be a flaw. If I find an answer, I’ll be sure to insert it here.

I just got the answer: Click Autosmooth on (go to F9, it should be the first button there)!
