Weird quality on materials after rendering

so after I render my interior scene, the materials are pretty disgusting and overall quality is really bad and I dont get it why this is happening

It seems: Very low Sampling + Denoising

  • Increase Sampling-Render substantially
  • Do not use Denoising with “low sampling”

Lighting an interior scene in Cycles through a window is always challenging for the renderer. You can help it out with things like a light portal in the window. Turning off caustics may help a bit.

Maybe consider adding some interior light sources like turning on the lights next to the mirror, etc. to help things out if it can work with your design.
