Weird Rig Problem

I skinned a mesh to my armature, but every time i try to rotate a single bone it shrinks whatever is skinned to it…!!!

I can translate no problem. But I cannot rotate… :mad:

Nevermind, fixed it somehow. but now it is moving exaggeratedly. I move the foot bone just a hair and the foot itself walks a mile :stuck_out_tongue:

How many Armature modifiers do you have on the stack for your character mesh? Likely more than one.
