Weird shading bug and rough render (CYCLES)

Hello, I’ve been working on a Toyota Hilux truck for a game in blender, I was about to finish up the main body of it when I noticed something weird happening to the rear fender… It looks like some kind of shading bug, my entire body is set to smooth and I’ve been using edge split (Not applied) and a mirror modifier…

I recently fixed the rear fender due to really bad topology… And after I did that this happened…

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

recalculate normals.

Also you have a triangle

Remove any faces inside your mesh
Remove any double vertices (select all vertices and W / remove doubles)
Recalculate normals (select all vertices and Ctrl+N)
Manually flip any inverted face normals (select face and W / Flip Normal)
