Weird SubSurf Forms

i know this question has been asked for sure
but i dont find it anywhere so

i have an object , perfectly normal
i want to subsurf it , but then i get this

i removed doubles
recalculated normals
what else can i do ? thx

Look for extra edges or faces in the mesh that shouldn’t be there.

thx a lot , it works , i had 2 edges on top of eachother
