Weird viewport glitch

Hello community,

since few days now i am having a weird problem with my viewport. I’m not sure what it is because since i’m using blender i never this problem.
Here are some pictures of what i am talking.
This happens when i switch between other programms but goes aways when i hover my mouse over it

but on this picture it always stays on my model and it dosen’t go away, it also stays when i switch to render mode and back

if i close blender and open it, it is away but comes back in a few minutes
first i had the problem on version 2.81
but now i updated to 2.82a but its still there

my graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
and i am using a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop
but i never had this issue since I use this laptop

Thank you for helping

and sorry for my english it’s not the best

What operating system?
Does that laptop have intel integrated graphics? If so, are you sure you are using nvidia instead of intel GPU?
I’ve seen that kind of problem before, but I remember that the user used intel iGPU.

My operating system is Windows 10
Well it also have a Intel® HD Graphics 630
But i changed it in the blender preferences/ System / CUDA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
But still have this issue and its always different
just started blender to look about the settings and got this

Already been reported. It’s a graphics driver issue.
