weird walls

Hi,

Here’s one of my students’ work in progress games. There’s a problem with the walls, as you can see, portions of them appear to be becoming transparent, at least when viewed from the camera’s viepoint.

I’m clueless as to what’s going wrong. The normals all appear to be going the right direction. Any idea what’s causing this behavior?

You can use the arrow buttons and space key to run and jump around. Going to other parts in the maze will make the problem even more obvious.

Its an alpha issue. All of your faces on the object are set to alpha, and blender is having touble sorting them. Just select one in edit mode and set it to opaque under texface in the edit menu. Then select all the faces on the object and hit ctrl-c and hit active transp, and active mode. you may also want to fix the lighting, its kind of blinding at certain angles.
