More of a visual frustration since this doesn’t affect the actual Cycles renders, but since I upgraded from 2.9 to 2.91, materials with a Transparent BDSF + Mix Shader in Material View have a weird white fuzz even when set to Alpha Hashed. This oddity doesn’t appear anywhere in 2.9, as these files were from that version directly. Any fixes? Or do I have to put up with it?
Could be the texture, or your node tree, take the noodle from your diffuse to Mix shader and select the color output instead of the alpha…you can also add a color ramp in between to control the amount of transparency.
Something like this…
also…I just spotted…set your Normal Map to Non-Color ( big difference )
