What I’m trying to do is use the “Inverse Kinematics” function on two bones, one of which is called the “Leg IK” and the other is the “Lower Leg”. The problem is that my 3D puppet is tilted to the side and there is this strange yellow dotted line connecting with the leg bone and the hip. Something that shouldn’t happen.
What is the chain length on the IK? The yellow line goes from the IK constrained bone to the root of the IK chain. If the chain length is 3 (making reasonable assumptions about parentage), then the IK will include the hip and the model will tilt (will rotate the hip bone) in order to meet the demands of the IK constraint.
