To many allergies?!? besides the obvious redness the model it self is pretty good
I dunno. On my monitor i swear it looks more pink than red.
He looks not old, but more like he burned in an accident. I think you should work some more on the texture. Less red. And less random crinkles. Normally old people just have deep crinkles. But not like they were crumpled like a piece of paper.
But good first try.

Yep, great head, but I think it’s orange. Possibly radioactive.
