“Project: Blood Ops”
Story line(Work is in progress):
The game takes place in a western European country, tentatively the UK, in an alternate timeline. The timeline is roughly a more exaggerated version of current events, where economic insecurity has worsened to the point that international forces have been deployed to stabilize the area. Slums are largely ignored and cordoned off (see District B13 for a rough example of what I’m talking about), and the area has been devastated by riots and is controlled by gangs.
The protagonist is a youngish IT administrator for an American private defense contractor. Although she has a military background (having spent time in the military before joining the contractor), she has never been in active combat, and tends to romanticize it. In the first, tutorial level, we see her imagining her father’s experiences in Vietnam, intercut with shots of her own more banal life. Deeply influenced by films and games about this war and others, the tutorial level is an amalgamation of stereotypes and unlikely heroic acts: Her father entering the field in a helicopter that is shot down, freeing a POW camp, saving children from the Viet Cong, talking to a Kurtz/Marlon Brando lookalike in a jungle base, etc. To make clear that this is a daydream sequence, the gameplay occasionally cuts out to her performing some mundane task at the office, i.e. troubleshooting a software problem, editing documentation, setting up a computer.
After the tutorial level, the first part of the game will stay in near-future London. The protagonist is asked to do some on-site database troubleshooting at a military recruiting center; however, this center is in one of the bad parts of town, one that has been recently sealed off completely after an outbreak of violence. The character is given an escort: A fellow contractor from the area who acts as her driver and guide.
- 100% controlled vehicles (Airplanes, Jeeps, Motorboats)
- “Blood Shop” - special shop, you can buy new weapons, and accessories for killing people you will get “Blood points”
- Special accesorries for weapons (Howitzer, laser, flamethrower, extended mags)
- Destruction system
- 2-4 Players CO-OP (Numbers can change)
- 8-32 Multiplayer (Numbers can change)
- Few diffrent ways to complete the mission or solve the situation
Market, we want to sell our game, also probably we will distribute it using Steam.
When this project is released, 25% will go to Epic for UDK, 50% of earnings will go to another projects(Licenses for professional programs, new tools for workers), 25% will be divided for all workers, if u stay with us you will get better tools.

You must be a professionalist in your area, you lead, so you must have a high experience in your section, also others will work for you, so you must rate their job.
Good at drawing, digital or traditional.
Must know the basics, adding new weaopons, characters. Must have experience with AI. Know how to resolve the problems. Must be able to put the simple systems to game, like ammo reloading system.
Skills like artists + know how to use blender or kind of that software + must be familiar with the animated trees, bushes, etc.
Know how to use Unreal Cascade
