WGT bone bigger than rigify bone

Hi when generating this rig I noticed the wgt shapes are bigger than the bones themselves which is irregular. I applied all transforms to the metarig before generating the rig, does anyone have any idea why this is occurring? And if this is a actual problem?

Hi thank you for taking time out of your day to help me out. The reason why the WGT bones are bigger than the rigify bones was because I appended the rigify into a new scene and the wgt bones got saved into that file. I deleted the rigify rig but kept the wgt bones of the old rig and when i regenerated the rigify rig it didn’t make the new WGT shapes of the dimensions of the rigify rig because there was wgt bones already there. So I deleted the rgifiy rig, the old wgt bones, I regenereated the rigify rig and the wgt bones that were formed was the same sized as the rig. The other reason why was because the previous model has a longer neck and the longer the neck the bigger the torso box becomes. @digitvisions thanks for your help I wish you the best in life.
