What 2D software for Linux?

I just switched to Blender after long years in 3dsMax. Now I would like to ditch Windows for Linux but there is no good alternative for Photoshop… or is there?
GIMP is missing too many features that I used.
Affinity Photo seems OK but it doesn’t run on Linux too.
Any suggestions?

i’d recommend Krita. it’s good. and free )

Unfortunately there’s no good alternative to Photoshop. However if you just want to paint textures on your models then Substance Painter is godly.

What features are you missing? I think krita is a good competitor to ps. It’s depending on your workflow.

in PS I can easily edit channels (select all blue channel and move it 2px left for example, edit alpha channel directly), I can ctrl+LMB alpha channel to make selection. I can also stroke brush along path - which is usefull for making stiching.
Also Puppet Warp in PS is better than Cage from GIMP - you can’t put pins inside the cage like in PS Puppet Warp. Layer effects in PS are very usefull sometimes. Not to mention text tools that are supperior and slicing tool is a must for webdesigners and sometimes it comes handy for 3d too. In PS I can shift select couple of layers etc… there is more. GIMP is not good enough. Affinity Photo is, but it doesn’t work under LINUX ;(
