Seria aceptable que la website de Blender estuviera en Ingles, pero seria gratamente recomendable, incluso altamente exigible, que a la hora de pagar con la targeta de crédito, la pagina web en cuestión estuviera en buenas palabras castellanas.
Es es un ejemplo.
Segundo. El castellano es un idioma que comparten gran cantidad de paises, al igual que el Inglés o el Francés. Esto no pasa con el chino, y ademas no estoy seguro que exista un idioma indio y me parece bastante probable que en la India el Inglés sea la lengua vehicular entre diferentes etnias o culturas, tal como deberia ser, en espiritu, el castellano.
La existencia de una comunidad en Castellano totalmente accesible viene dado por la complejidad de determinadas partes del programa Blender que dificulta el aprendizaje a partir de la intuición.
Que haya un foro Dutch y un foro French dentro de Elysiun insisto, me toca bastante la moral interna.
Si alguna innovación ha de traer la informàtica es la reducción de esfuerzos para crear una torre de Babel donde cada uno pueda expresarse y entender en su propio idioma. Y que los procesadores trabajen !!!

In this moment there in not any Dutch forum in ELysiun… What has happened?
En mi opinión, el forum de Nicodigital es mejor que tener un sub-foro dentro de Elysiun, pero al menos habria de haber un link desde Elysiun o, en un futuro cercano, desde blender3D, que dijese “foro oficial en castellano”
Por otra parte, ahora que Blender serà OpenSource, la idea de HISPAblender 2.* es que no se me va del tarro.

well I talked to Caronte about this, and he asked the spanish visitors to his portal.
His new spanish portal will open soon, with tutorials etc all for spanish users. I will rotate a community banner for the spanish users at the bottem of elYsiun. And Caronte will host a small elYsiun banner on his website.
Thus the spnish users will have a single place for all their needs.

there are time and time since the last post, but i discovered this “luckily”
I’m catalan and I have learned some rudiments of english thanks to Blender and Elysiun, so if there are a Spanish forum, this could not be, for me at least.
In the other side, I think that the other spanish sites (g-blender, blenderfor, niel) are not so “daily updated”, or active. In Elysiun i’m feel “in the middle of the egg” (paraphrasing a catalan expression). Elysiun is a good-god reference.
If i come to create a language specific forum, i will do it in catalan. Some time ago i’m planning to meet other catalans interested, so if you are one of them, message me!
and… Javier Belanche is still here? I’m also near Raval, podem anar a fer un cafè!

Thanks for bumping this 4 year old thread (it’s a record I think), you shouldn’t have done that. No really, you shouldn’t. Instead make a new thread and put a link to the old one. But don’t bump old threads.
My only issue with doing that is that a “community” is about togetherness, not separation. I find it strange that the people requesting this can obviously speak, read, and write English. I don’t understand the NEED. Maybe there’s a WANT for it but, does it really serve the “community” aspect of Blender? Most Blender users won’t benefit from it and, again, you obviously can speak, read and write English. I don’t get it, maybe there’s just something I’m not understanding.
Help me understand…in English please. 
La necesidad de un foro en español desde un punto de vista técnico se deja notar sobre todo a la hora de designar colores propios de la cultura hispana, y que en inglés son intraducibles. Así, en la tauromaquia se habla para designar los colores de trajes de luces nazareno y oro, y el nazareno no es “Purple”, o a la hora de designar el alvero, no es “sand”, y si ya tenemos que hablar de los colores y capas de los toros.
Ahora que alguien traduzca al inglés toro negro meano, toro nevado.
