What are that cameras near the UV maps?

What it its use? I can’t see differences switching them.

This determines the “default” UV map = the UV map which is used for rendering unless specified otherwise (e. g. by a specific UV Map node).

Example: Two identical cubes with an identical material setup. Yet both look different, because both also have two UV maps with different scale and have the corresponding “other one” selected as default.
