Did a Googlefight of XBOX 360 and PLAYSTATION 3, both came up with 102,000,000 hits
i imagine thats probably because pretty much every site would say “blahblah… microsofts xbox 360 would rival the new PS3” or vice versa…?
playstation 3 wins for me. but it just searches for playstation and 3, so a site doesnt have to have them together. same with the xbox 360

EDIT: Searching for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 does appear to return equal numbers of results, but this is inaccurate, because it simply searches for any sites that contain any combination of the words “xbox” “360” “playstaion” and “3”. And, many of the sites probably don’t have all of the terms in them, google seems to do this sometimes.
Nintendo Revolution’s gonna win.
I don’t see why eveyone likes PS3 over XBOX 360, especially since it hasn’t even come out yet. I’ll bet the first games will be good, to make people buy it, then it’ll go back to crappy games after you bought it.
It did. (On the google fight that is.) “Microsoft Xbox 360” vs. “Nintendo Revolution” turned up something like 10 million more results. Now, this could be due to the fact that people have been saying stuff like “it’s a Nintendo revolution!”, but I think it’s because the Revolution is going to kick ass. 
How can you have a “fight” of two consoles, If Playstation 3 isnt even out?
Statistically Playstation 3 is the better console. So it will be down to marketing and how good the games are.

my laptop is by far the best console for me. it got a nvidia 6600 inside with tv output. With my gamepad and a couple of cool PC game. it make a very cool gaming console for the living room. and BTW a comparative test between PC and xbox for the same game (prince of persia 3) reveal that graphicaly the PC is far better.
Downside: price also i’m sure the xbox 360 kick my laptop ass.
To be actually fair you need to do xbox360 “xbox 360” PS3 “Playstation 3” and add up the relevant numbers. That will actually give a reasonable comparison.
And no, I can’t be arsed to do it.

Halo isn’t that good of a game, and it sold well.
Games are popular because of marketing, and it figures that Halo is so popular, considering a genius of a business man is the one who marketed it.
