In the principled shader, what is sheen, sheen tint, anisotropic, anisotropic rotation, and specular tint?
Suggest the documentation should be the first port of call ?

I’m sure somebody on here could give a more detailed explanation - but this explains it better than I could.
I would also advise you to read the docs, as well as go through the Blender First Steps video files, they are for 2.8 but are still relevant to current versions…
But a quick answer…
Sheen is the light that bounces off the edge of materials like Velvet and the Sheen Tint is that color ( your world lighting main color )…
Anisotropic is the effect that brushed metal has, the bottom of an aluminum frying pan is the usual example, that moire effect of the band of light across the grooved metal…and the rotation is to rotate it to fit your lighting…
The specular tint is the color of the light reflected off an object, especially metals. Again, to match your world setting especially if using HDRIs in your world…
