My first browser was IE and then I used Netscape to avoid pop-ups. Then I felt it was bloated so I experimented with Omniweb, icab, opera and camino. I settled on camino for a while because it was based on mozilla but less bloated. But then I needed more options so I went to Mozilla itself. Soon I felt the bloat again and got Firefox. I used it and Safari. Safari worked on pretty much every website whereas FF would fail on some. But FF had some better features like saving web pages with images and had some good extensions.
These days, the latest Safari saves pages, has a resumable download manager and I have a contextual menu plug-in for my system that lets me run a variety of scripts like shell scripts from the menu so I can add some easy to access functions. It has great website support too so I just use it all the time.
I use mozilla Firefox, With the BleckJapan theme =p

I use FF. I’ve had the same problems. It took me a while to figure out how to get Flash to work with it (in the end it was simple enough to feel stupid about, but it had nothing to do with dinking with the browser itself). I avoid all other plugins.
If I must use <e.g. Java> I’ll fire up IE, but otherwise I can’t stand it.
I use Firefox right now.
The only problem I’ve had with Firefox so far is that I can’t seem to get PDF files to display. Other than that, everything has been fine.
I normally use Firefox . . . but right now I am using Konqueror.
Konqueror & Firefox in that order.

I’m use Firefox because IE has the WinFixer thingy infecting it and I haven’t gotten around to manually fixing the problem. Firefox does eat my favorites from time to time. :<
ive had ff eat my favourites because it freezes, crashes, and asks me to pick a new profile. i did this once, not knowing what it would do, and my entire favourites and everything dissapeared. then i had to go and make it crash again to get them all back

When it asks for you to pick a new profile after it crashes, just kill any errant firefox process (killall firefox or under windows use the task manager), then goto your profile directory (‘~/.firefox’ || ‘~/.mozilla’ || ‘C:\Documents and Settings\Nathan Allworth\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles’) then find and delete any .lock files you can find in any of the profiles.

I’m still using Firefox too, Opera is my second favourite but I never need to use it.
btw, according to a number of sources Firefox has just over 9% market share worldwide now.
Dittohead, I know what you’re talking about and I can solve easily that way, but I had it happen to me after a system crash.
Up until 4 years ago I didn’t even know there WERE any other browsers besides IE, I just thought that it was basically the “Net”. How things have changed. %|
Once I discovered Firefox around 2 years ago I never used IE again (except to check my online banking, because firefox isn’t supported.)
I use the WhiteHart theme, and if I had my way it would be the default one! 
Its the only one I’ve ever used.

Not had much problems with it, every now and then it doesnt load up a web page but then I realise someone has pulled out the cable from the hub :-?
