It is absolutely lovely scenery and the great job on lightning!
It is looks like a hotel room that never had a person in it and just waiting for a new guest. By looking at your setting I guess it is not what you had in mind. You could include “imperfection” to make it look real. Small details like fingerprints and dust could really change the overall look and feel.
Additionally, I would like to mention, that it is not safe to put pictures like that (behind the bed). They have to be mounted on a wall, other ways they can fall on you when you sleep. This detail makes this set look a bit not realistic. In my eyes at list

Awesome. The only thing i could think of to be even more realistic is some minimal scratches, smears and/or fingerprints… oh then one second look… one thing maybe: the boxes in the cupboard are very bright lit… ist his on purpose? Because it seems to look unnatural if there is no light in the cupboard? The indirect light seems to have no such angle, looking at the door for example. (I wish i could do something like this )

Hi Tatiana,
Thanks for the critique. I was planning to add imperfections, but it gets laggy to add more textures because there are so many items in the scene. What’s your workflow to remove this issue?
As for the pictures behind the bed, I didn’t bat an eye since I saw that setup in a Pinterest photo but I think what you’re saying is correct. I will keep an eye on these things.
Hi Okidoki,
Thank you for the feedback. I agree that imperfections are definitely a must-have for a photorealistic scene. However, it gets very laggy to add more textures because there are so many items in the scene. What’s your workflow to remove this issue?
As for the cupboard, I was thinking to include lights inside it like motion-sensing lights that are turned on when you’re opening a closet or remote-controlled lights to add some subtle night lights that stayed on when you’re trying to go to the bathroom at night. However, now that I think about it, not many people will have this feature in this house (not in a cupboard at least) so it may not be intuitive enough.
.
Or maybe another color? … Or having half a glass plate on top…

The shadow on the wall looks strange.??
Area light → shape angle (X, Y size adjustment) indirect illumination will provide a natural shadow representation.
Lighting installation in the same way as actual construction increases realism
※ Helpful features
Take advantage of Render Properties → Color Management and you’ll get good results.
The footage is a bit old.
No additional installation is required
