What happened to the Bpython API?

Cambo,

You’re site isn’t responding - are you discontinuing hosting the most up-to-date API?

RS

mmm… is second time 404 error is displayed.

it’s all rigth?

only for caution, i copy all api site with httrack one time for month

I changed my provider, but didnt expect them to close my account right away.

  • we could just distribute a tar.gz

Edit- used my dads webhosting…

Great! I should download a copy anyway. Are the API docs distributed with the CVS version?

RS

thanks ideasman42

the doc source is - but you need to build the epydocs yourself
IMHO we should distribute this with each belnder release and make it available from the help menu

That would be nice

ideasman42, i need the api updated, from were i download or find?

from here http://users.pipeline.com.au/jbarton/blender_py_api.tar.bz2 are from 6 november, i need a newer (more new?) file.

thanks

Help -> Python Scripting Reference… ?

thanks, but i need the last changes of cvs, i can try compile, generate, building or wathever, but need some guide for start, if this docs not are more for download or read online

sorry mi english, again

If you are using Linux, then see how to use cvs here:http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/BlenderDev/UbuntuBlenderCompile

Then go to the directory:cvs-blender/blender/source/blender/python/api2_2x/doc
and command:

  sh epy_docgen.py

This will create html-pages for you which are in :cvs-blender/blender/source/blender/python/api2_2x/doc/BPY_API.

I built api-docs today and put it online: http://www.opendimension.org/blender3d/BPY_API/

hope this helps.

haaaa!!! now see, right.

thanks, i am a few lost

sorry.
