What is currently the status of Nurbs ?

Hi All,

I was wondering, last summer I noticed that Nurbana was getting ported to Blender.
Has that been implemented ? I didn’t really notice.
I grepped the source for nurbana, nothing.
I just wanted to knowether or not Nurbs support is still somewhere on the agenda.
I can live without it, but I’ll have to keep relying on 3rd party software.
OpenNurbs support would fix this.

Of course, you’re now all welcome to suggest me coding it, but I’m happy to say I’m doing the community a different favour, I’m in the middle of promoting Blender for a Big Architect’s firm and they’re quite enthousiastic :slight_smile:

no change, the nurb coder ran out of time to finish it. and it may not ever get it… or may take a while.

but we can always hope that it will be some time. it sounded like a really great project
