What is the box?

I don’t know where it came from, but I don’t want anything causing problems.
So, does anyone know what it is? It’s attached to the pants object, for some reason. I checked to see if it was a modifier, but there was nothing there (except my subsurf and mirror).

I’m pretty sure I have the latest version of Blender. I did, by accident, press Ctrl + F. The 3D viewer turned into a camera. I just pressed 1 on the numpad so I could get back to work. But I’ve done that before and it never showed this box.

So, any ideas on how to get rid of it?

EDIT: If you can’t see the photo, right click on the box and hit “Open in New Tab”.
And sorry at the title. Meant to say “What is this box?”.

Okay, so now my 3D viewport is screwing up. Rotating around the scene is acting weird. The pivot point keeps changing. It’s like I’m rotating around a different point each time I move around in the scene.
This is starting to bother me…

The dotted lines looks you are showing the objects texture space (Shift+T). You can select not to show it from the Object / Display panel (in the properties window)
Shift+F goes into fly navigation mode.

Check your selected pivot point options (dropdown options in the 3dview header)

Oh, thank you. I must’ve hit Shift + T when I was connecting edges with Shift + F.
And I managed to fix my pivot point, too.
