I´d say it´s pretty far off, for themoment. I remember seeing Sergey showing interest in working on the integration (last summer?), but since then all has been quiet.

Sergey was in charge of libmv integration.
So, all tracking and masking stuff (movie clip editor, constraints,etc…) and mango delayed libnurbana integration.
Libnurbana integration is an idea since several years.
Maybe, it would be better to integrate more recent libs or completely new tools for nurbs.
