Volumetric light I guess.
Volumetric lighting. Also, if you blur point lamps you can get those blooms post-render.

How do you blurr a point lamp I just did a quick one and it doesn’t show up. does it only work after volumetrics?

working in cycles if that helps
Crank the point lamp up to 3000 or something. Every scene is different.
