As you can see from image, I turned on face orientation color, but these faces don’t show any color, and are transparent, but the faces do exist as it shows the normal, and I can select it. So first question is what is going on with these faces, and how to fix.

Hah, well I pasted this object to a new blend, and it didn’t have this problem. I just found that if I disabled the subdivision modifier this issue went away.
