What I find with my Google-Fu is that the GT-550m has OpenGL compute capability of version 4.6. So it should at least run Blender.
I don’t know if drivers for a card that old have that feature but please try to right-click the Blender exe to see if you can choose the OpenGL device. Like in this screenshot https://blenderartists.org/t/eevee-and-multiple-graphics-cards/1152069/11?u=chalybeum
