What should i make

i have lost all imagination at the moment and i have no idea what to make, any1 have any idea’s?

Oh boy, thats a tough question…
Well, how about a tank, an apple, a faceted diamond, a tree, a hot woman, a pair of earphones, a printer, a stove, a coffee pot, baoding iron balls, a video camera, a sports car, pikachu, a basket ball, a teenage mutant ninja turtle, a computer, a flameing asteroid, a ciggerette, a pair of sandles, a gold ring, batman, a lamp, a waterfall, a rocking chair, some dutch clogs, a kitty cat, a treasure chest, a roll of hockey tape, a cassette tape, a pen, an robot, a jet plane…oh yeah, throw in a kitchen sink too!!!
Does that help you any? Just of the top of my head.

Blend on, and blend well!!!

You can always join the weekly challenge ofcourse.

Yes, entries for the current weekend challenge are still open for about a day and a half. And since you’re looking for ideas, you can have the one I had for “action” that I didn’t use: a hill with the camera halfway down, looking up towards the peak, and a car coming over the top, getting some air. Nothing says “action” like flying cars!

wow thanx bapsis, i rekon i’ll make a few of them, the cigarette would be a good one. I also thought of making a dolphin about 30 min ago, will have a WIP up soon.

oh and with the weekend challenge i really like them, i just missed the first one and had no idea what to do (my imagination seems to be pooped after 13 hours a day at the PC blendering this weekend =P. I’ll see if i can get it done by closing time. thanx for the idea =D.

the reason why i’m trying to make as many things possible is because i am going for an interview to do a course in 2d/3d stuff and i need 15 examples of my work minimum. And as i havn’t done to many things recently i thought i’d try and just make as many things possible and take in what look good, nothing to lose =). that and also i’m in a panic of nerves in the hope of getting in =)

Still, spending time on an image is usually what makes it look good. I say go for quality.

NEO, no worries mate, glad i could share some brain juice since you were running a little low and my was a little…high hehe
If your interested in modeling a Dolphin, here is a tutorial:

The finished model is a little simple, and you may want to tweek it a little for more features, but it should be a good starting point for you. Happy Blending, and I hope you get into that course you are going for!!!

thanx for the link but i’ve already modeled it =P. I have seen that one before but i like using sub-surf modelling for all my organic stuff. I have it almost at WIP showing stage, but i’ll probably not do too much more today, i wanna get that weekend challenge thing done.

well i think you should make a medieval knight in full armor ready for battle and send me the file
i need to use a good 1 for my game im making

Tought about a really hot Blender woman? Like she where’s a cool futuristic clothes with a blender logo on it. Just get you fantasy running, and model a :o :o Blender woman. :stuck_out_tongue:

mmmm, i think that the funnest thing to do, is think of something really simple, make it, then make it REALLY cool, add stuff, make a nice render, wutever

How about a bottle of Brandy!!?

If you are in a detail mood, try a gnarled tree stump. Lots of little bumps, and weird curves and protrusions and stuff.

Model a female elf…that always goes in with us guys :stuck_out_tongue:
