What texture workflow for ArchVis?

I’m working on assets for ArchVis for the Cycles render engine.

I would like to know what texture bit-depth and color space would be appropriate on my models?

Ideally I think, the diffuse should be 16-bit integer sRGB (TIF) and all the other maps should be 32-bit float linear (OpenEXR) as they are non-color data. But truly I’m just not sure. What is used, what is needed in an ArchVis pipeline?

I find 16-bit enough for normal and height maps (sometimes 32-bit if artifacts appear). Rest can be 8-bit. Anything higher feels like overkill (waste of drive space).
