I’m thinking UV Mapping is probably one of the better ways to go, but I’m trying to puzzle out how to go about glass. Not sure how to go about specular lighting and transparencies and figured I would ask for opinions before I made an amazing mess of my project.
Mostly, I <3 Cycles and for a lot of things am moving away from Internal. The model I have is architectural, so I want to be able to setup materials with Cycles for better quality “snap shot” renders and then setup the scene in Unity to do a manual walk through. This is a smaller learning project before I move onto a bigger game project.
The only other idea I have is to finish the model and texture it differently in two different files. Something I’m willing to do, but ideally would like to be able to do this in one file as the bigger project calls for several dozen buildings and having two separate files for each one is going to get chaotic quick.
