What would happen to my Computer if?

I make a small animation of a sphere exploding in space.
And set the particle system to 999,999. And let it render over-night.
Can my computer catch on fire?/smoke?

Serious question.

If you computer gets too hot it will shut down(not good)
make sure your computer is well ventilated
