I don’t really have one,…
But the nearest equivilant would be my little closet,… with hair gel, deo spray, aftershave, some coins from a club, shampoo, condoms, a comb some money and ear plugs on it.
In it are some towels and alot of books.
Oh often I also keep my wallet, keys and phone on it.

A nice stack of books and magazines, some junk from my wallet I haven’t bothered toting the couple of meters from the table to the recycling bin, a bedside lamp, and a phone extension.
The alarm clock’s over the other side of the room - otherwise I just turn it off and go back to sleep. Now I have to get up, walk across the room, turn it off, walk back, then fall back to sleep 
On my bedside chair (don’t have a table yet) there is:

I don’t have a bedside table, it couldn’t fit anywhere because my bed is tightly between wall and a bookshelf. I use the bed and the bookshelf instead (I have doublebed, and I’m living alone, so there’s room).
On bookshelf (in addition to general bookshelf stuff): pair of generic earplugs, a clock radio and my cellphone as an alarmclock
On bed: desklamp and two books (H. P. Lovecraft Omnibus 3 and Philip K. Dick’s Lies Inc.)
Besides bed: An axe and a bokken (wooden katana), incase someone tries to climb through my window at night :Z
Well lets see. I have a lamp, an alarm clock, a phone, a phone book, a copy of Roget’s Thesaurus, (what’s another word for thesaurus? ) and
a transistor radio so old it bosts of having 7 of them! Oh my!

…bedside table… let’s see… clock, lamp, book, keys, wallet, watch, glasses, many, many, many papers which i should throw out… a bowl with some LEDs, a few batteries, and some copper wire in it… many, many, many papers… i might even have a paycheck or two still there…
oh, i almost forgot, pencils, erasers, many, many, many papers, pens, markers, and pencil crayons… i think that’s everything… no, wait, i also have a bunch of lego there, as well as on my dresser, a shelf in my room, my desk… all have lego…
i dont have a bed side table but the closets i have got is a 9 draw dresser. there is alot of stuff. i have all my computer manuals on it(dont have a book self.) i have my shot glass collection(i travel alot.) cd cases. lots and lots of scrap paper that i have jotted ideas down on that i have not started one of them yet. 3 alarm clocks(i am not a morning person). lots of pens and pencils. Coins, Keys. banks notes. dirty magizine collection(joking). clean clohting(i forgot how to use my dresser). speakers for my stero. pictures of friend and family. note books full of doodles. flash books(i am a tattoo artist this is a book of designs.). candles. computer componets. jewelry from every country that i have been to. a mirror. the list goes on and on. computer software. dvds.video tapes. playstaion 2 games.wood craving from guyana.(where i live). there is alot more crap on my dresser. i have a big dresser. and of corse it is not neatly organised it is just trown on there. even uif i try to clean it will be a disaster in two of three days time so i dont bother to even touch it. i dont ever want to talk about my other dresser it is worse than the one i just described…
