You first need to determine the level of detail you want. If you don’t need a lot of detail, you can paint them onto a uvmap. If you want individual strands of hair, you could model them yourself, or use the fiber script by RipSting, or use Static particles.

I have tried to FIBERGUI text on the “text editor” that worked, but when I try to do ALT+P there was an ERROR.
I delete the the sense with the error in it and then ALT+P did worked but when I clicked on the “create” button there was another ERROR

I have done that but it doesn’t seem to work with me…

In case you didn’t know, Python is a separate installation from Blender. If you don’t have it installed on your computer, I’m pretty sure you will need it inorder to use the Fiber script. What errors are you getting?

Yes to use python plugins you have to install python and set your pythonpath.
