Wheel Spin/Rotate

Hey guys, this might be a stupid question, but how do you rotate something around itself with the least amount of keyframes as possible. I’m making a little short film and I need to have the car wheels turn (as any car would) and the helicopter’s rotors spin around.
I really dont know how I would do this, constraints maybe? I’ve never used them…

Thanks for your help :stuck_out_tongue:

Add a keyframe for start and another at any any other frame with some rotation. Then in the IPO editor window you can set the extend and interpolation modes to give a constant linear line. Just change the position of the second keyframe to control the slope of the curve and hence the speed of rotation.

that sounds slightly confusing for a noob in the ipo editor like me…ill try it but… any tutorials anywhere?

or just put a video of yourself doing it somewhere (youtube, vimeo…) – and i just tried… and failed
