I would say, *“simple and effective.” The music is bright, the animation is “soft and squishy” like such movies usually are. The tires turn slowly enough that you can clearly see the tread. Low-poly modeling works very well here. Animation of the eyes and so forth matches well with other things like the wiper blades.
