when Im in the Node editor no filters Blender 2.69

Hi all
anyone have trouble with Blender 2.69 and Node editor, I shift+a in Node editor and the “Filters” option is not available, so I cant add glare or gausian blur or glow. Did anyone have this issue or resolved it?
