The other day, I had the most productive 4 hour graphic making session that it feels like I’ve had in YEARS! It all started while I was laying in bed trying to wind down for the evening, when suddenly this awesome image popped into my head. I don’t think I’ll bother explaining what it was, because for the first time in a long time, I was actually able to capture my idea while it was fresh enough to be able to pull it out of my head and put it onto my screen reliably! I am SO happy with how this turned out!
Anyway, along with sharing this image at 1920 x 1200 and 2560 x 1600, I am also sharing the Blend file that I used to create it, as well as a timelapse video of this piece’s creation, from start to finish. You can find all of these on my website, on the post I created for this piece.

Looking back on this after creating it, I realized that the lens flare in there is behind the large red and blue mushrooms, and that may seem physically impossible… but to validate my work after the fact, I’m going to say that it is possible, if those two closest/largest mushrooms are actually behind the lens.
