Where are the material preview scenes located?

Hello.

I need to change the material preview scenes, since I’m doing some color sensitive work related to emission. The default preview scenes aren’t conducive to color sensitive work since they are completely grey.

When I’m saying preview scenes, I mean these ones:

I tried googling for this but have come up short.

Does anyone know where these scenes are located on the hard drive. I would love to change them so that I can continue working on Color Rendering values of emissive surfaces.

These are built into blender so you would have to change the blender source code to change them.

you could use continuous render
and use small window preview
which would still be faster and show the real colors

But then I would constantly need to change materials in the preview. I just wanted a pain free way to do this.

I guess I’m outta luck.
