Where can I do suggestions about UI re-arrangements?

Hello everybody I’m sure this question is really answered but I cant’t find where only old posts that say to post it to papercuts but that’s not really an option now its a closed topic…my suggestions are only move some sections to another (post processing to render tab), so the question…where can I write suggestions?
