you can get them from fun shops.
we have a shop here called the Met shop, it has stuff in it from little magnetic games, to 3d googles, to ginat sized baloons, to blah blah blah (all the misc stuff nobody else sells, not exactly a toy store, but a strange and unusual toy store)
it also sells rubber chickens (you squeeze them and an egg pops out, but its not got a shell, its kind of like a baloon with egg yoke and white in it, its rather grose)
you can get the keychain rubber chicken and the large sized rubber chicken.
other things such as rats, fake poos, fake vomit… are also available.

Yeah. We have a store called Spencer’s Gifts. It is a bit more adult oriented, tho. Not that I’m complaining. 
I know I’ve seen rubber chickens there. They make this horrible screaming noise when you squeeze them. :o

there’s a company called johnson and smith that carries all gag items. rubber chickens,…candy that tastes like fish,…cheap magic tricks,…talking toilet seats, you name it.
If I remember right you can steal one from the voodoo lady’s shop on Melee Island.
