Where did the Materials Special Menu go? (Shift-Q?)

Blender 2.7x had the Materials Special Menu assigned to Shift-Q, which I frequently used. Now, I can’t find this menu anywhere in Blender 2.8, and I can’t find the features associated with it (assign material, select by material, etc). What happened? This menu was very useful.

This menu isn’t just gone, is it??

If it’s actually been removed from Blender, I think it needs to be brought back, and soon. Its was extremely useful.

Also, I am running the Linux 64-bit version of RC2.

Blender 2.7x had the Materials Special Menu assigned to Shift-Q

This menu is brought by an Addon called Material Utils Specials.
It is bundled with blender 2.79 but it is not present by default.

Currently, this addon was not ported to 2.8.

Interesting. I didn’t realize it was an addon in 2.7x… I’ll have to install this and see if it works.
