Is there any official place for feature requests?
For what it’s worth I’ll put it here for now, it’s a really simple thing: an option to for the edge split modifier to consider +1 creased edges as sharp.
Here on these boards, and if its a good, properly out layed, sensible feature request, one of the people with the wiki editing rights just might add it to the requests list in the wiki.
I’m not sure what purpose that would serve. You can already mark individual edges as sharp independant of crease settings.

Rather add the option into the edge split modifier to split the creased edges.
Though, i myself tend to sometimes both crease and mark sharp the edges.
So, might make the life easier in some circumstances. 
It would cut out one step in the workflow and remove visualization problems (crease and sharp can’t be seen at the same time).
