:-? :-? The TextureFest over at News and Chat gives lots of links, but none of them are working right now. I’m looking for textures of bricks, rocks, concrete, blood streaks, and a few others are nice. Tutorials on how to make my own textures without using a digicam are also nice!

As far as making textures without a “digicam”, you just have to draw them yourself.
paint them with gimp or PSP thats how i do mine.
i will also soon be creating a website soon. ill include some tutes and some of my own home-made textures and u cant beat the price: free
